Job Description

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages close relationships with relevant officials, focal points of contact and key members of Saudi governmental entities by establishing strong contacts, facilitating regular meetings to discuss progress of partnership initiatives, and identifying roadblocks and resolve challenges faced by SCISP in achieving its mandate.
  • Leads and manages interface with KSA entities by providing and collecting inputs on priorities and potential partnership opportunities to identify, share, test and refine economic, socio-cultural, political and security opportunities and enablers for priority countries.
  • Builds and maintains deep understanding of the KSA entities and overseeing the generation/production of standardized and ad-hoc reports and their regular updates to develop and continuously keep current relevant insight on the Saudi entities (including their priorities, requirements from SP countries in order to align with Partnership teams, key contacts and view of the organization support)
  • Facilitates and participates on joint dialogs and workshops on prioritization and refinement of identified opportunities to ensure prioritized opportunities have clear development and execution ownership within stakeholders’ entities.
  • Provides close collaboration and liaison with the partnership team and KSA entities to collect/share information on latest advancement of initiatives, identify potential risks/roadblocks and recommend mitigation actions in order to track and follow up on implementation of partnership initiatives and enablers.
  • Coordinates and holds meetings to follow up and report progress of MoUs with relevant stakeholders.
  • Organizing and facilitating workshops between partnership teams and key stakeholders
  • Coordinates in advance for SCISP representatives’ participation in relevant activities, seminars and events held in the kingdom or by Saudi entities abroad. (i.e. FII)
  • Oversees the development and regular maintenance of database (containing key contacts across all entities in the organization’s ecosystem) and facilitates access to contacts to rest of the organization to ensure effective identification of key contacts essential to the development of country partnerships.
